Do you have a Retail Catalog? No we don’t have a retail catalog
What if a retailer listed does not have what I’m looking for ? You can bring a order form or Shopping List into a listed retailer and They can order it for you.
What if there is no retailers in my area listed? You can call and ask or drop us an email asking, if there is a store in your area that carries our products, Not all Retail stores are listed. If there is not a store in you area, you can order by phone or tell your local tackle shop about us.
Do you offer a Discount for Large retail Volumes? Sorry no we cannot, We offer products over the web as a services to our Vendors and Fisherman for hard to find products. We are primarily a Distributor and can not under sell our retailers.
We do not have a Guide or Pro Staff Discount. These programs are done at the manufacturer.
If we don’t have what your looking for from one of the Lines we carry ? Drop us an email if enough people ask for a product we will stock it.
Return / Exchange Policy : We
will accept returns / exchanges based on defective product or product that was
shipped incorrectly only. All
shipping related claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of product. All
Returns must be approved and a Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be
assigned to any returned product. Any returns without Authorization will be
shipped back at the Buyers expense. Product must be in undamaged and unopened
packaging. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Products ordered incorrectly may be exchanged for the Correct product, but Buyer
will incur additional Shipping charges.
