We will accept returns / exchanges based on defective product or product that was shipped incorrectly only. All shipping related claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of product. All Returns must be approved and a Return Authorization Number (RMA)  must be assigned to any returned product.  Any returns without Authorization will be shipped back at the Buyers expense. Product must be in undamaged and unopened packaging. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Products ordered incorrectly may be exchanged for the Correct product, but Buy will incur additional Shipping charges.
