We will accept returns and exchanges, on all unopened and
undamaged products. All return related claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
(This policy was put in place due to Tournament Anglers
ordering large quantities of products and returning them after the completion of
a tournament).
We will not accept returns on Precision Trolling Books.
All Returns must be
approved and a Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be assigned to any
returned product. Any returns without Authorization will be shipped back
at the Buyers expense.
The original shipping and handling charges are not
refundable.
Reef Runner and Dave’s Lures are both painted by hand from
time to time there can be slight color variations from production run to
production run.
