If you are a customer of an XTackle Customer and have any questions or concerns regarding an XTackle Customer’s privacy practices, or if you seek access to or wish to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, you should contact the XTackle Customer directly.

• Products and Services. We may use your information to provide you with our Products and Services, including but not limited to information about our Products and Services or the products and services of our business partners, or to engage in transactions with you.
