We will accept returns and exchanges, on all unopened and undamaged products.
All return related claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the product.


All Returns must be approved and a Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be assigned to any returned product. 
Any returns without Authorization will be shipped back at the Buyers expense.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

In the case where “you” (the customer) ordered the incorrect product, and received free shipping and do not what to exchange the product.
We will refund you money minus a $7.00 restocking fee to cover our shipping costs after we receive the returned product.
